The not so good was communication with the tour operator, Valencia Bikes, which was apparently due to who I booked my tour through, which is viator.com. I sent two messages that were not answered regarding if there was an upgrade cost to an E bike, and if so, what that was. I didn’t get a response, and so was unable to change my plans when I found out that the upgrade cost was €20, higher than its competitors, and much higher than I’ve seen in other cities. The staff was quite professional, however, completely unwilling to compromise…”
